LUMA XAMPP PROTOTYPE

1. Copy the luma folder to C:\xampp\htdocs\luma
2. Start Apache and MySQL in XAMPP.
3. In phpMyAdmin, import database.sql.
4. If your MySQL root password is not blank, edit config/config.php.
5. Open http://localhost/luma/public/
